Applying is simple and can be completed entirely online through our website! Our standard qualification requirements include a monthly income of at least 2.75x the rent (or 4.2x for guarantors). To get started, you’ll just need to complete the digital application, submit your income verification, and pay the required fees.

Yes! The Lydian is happy to offer in-unit washers and dryers.

The Lydian has transitioned to the DOOR digital key system (formerly known as Latch)! This allows you to access your home and all community amenity areas using a digital key on any app-compatible device, including your smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch. For added convenience, you can easily share and manage temporary digital access for guests and service providers, such as dog walkers or cleaners!
